Chapter One: Before Beginnings

(eh im going to try something im going to say that anthony is the target again if it dont work delete the post)

Phoenix was sitting in the diner and he saw the last target walk in. he looked down at his cell phone with a track on his target. it had the same location as him.

"there must be a mix up i got to contact the headquarters" he thought

he walked into the allyway next to the diner and called headquarters

(No worries, I guess I'm just the hot character at the moment.lol)

Recieving the money and handing over the drugs, Clockwork headed out of the building. He had several other stops to make and didn't have much time to waste. Time was ticking, and although Clockwork was on his second life, he fully understood the matter of the fact that time was precious.

Clockwork sat down at a small bus stop and watch as the bus rolled up. Unfortunately, it wasn't the one he need. Waving on the bus, Clockwork looked around and saw a strangely familiar man in a local alley.

(hell, when he mentioned he new target was some rich guy in an earlier post, i figured it was me, considering i'm probably the richest person out of us posting character-wise)

Laying on my bed with a leg hanging off the side, I stare at a monitor into the ceiling with the latest ORC Communiqués scrolling across it.

[Anthony "Clockwork"]

I stand up and leave the bus stop, making sure that I go unnoticed by the odd man in the alley. Looking back, people stare at me oddly for some strange reason that's has no concern of mine. Living to see the next day is hard enough that one quickly learns that only the opinions of the high gang lords and powerful criminals are the only ones that matter. Carrying on, I turn my head back forward and continues down the street like nothing is wrong.

Phoenix noticed his target is on the move looked at his GPS and noticed two targets

"i might as well get unfinished business done"

he climbed the ladder to the nearest bulding and became a dragon and followed his target

I carry on my walk down the street until I reach my destination about 15 minutes later. I might as well have walked, it was only a few blocks. In fact, it would've been a waste of time to take the bus. What was I thinking?!

Shaking off the various insults to myself, I open the door to a small shop where I am to drop of various medical drugs for a suffering patient. Whoever it was was willing to pay a pretty penny for the drugs, so it was well worth the trip.

Phoenix landed on top of the building with a soft landing

"crap this is a hospital i wont attack him here ill wait till he comes back out"

Phoenix looked around

"i might want to be less noticable though"

he became his human self

I notice that the hospital is several time larger on the inside than on the outside as I walk into the building. How in the world they managed to do such a thing is a mystery to me. I'm both a mechanic and a drug dealer, but I'm no architect. Oh well, there would always be time for me to study. I already lived any length of time thanks to the simple fact I'm a changeling, plus I have robotic aspects thanks to that damn God Rev'Colu.

I clear my mind and ask the counter for room 502, it's the room where I'm to drop off the drugs. I am told they've been waiting for me and sent on my way.

Phoenix started messing with his blade and also sharpened ithe leaned back and waited for his target

I carry on with my task by walking down the hall as if I were merely a loved one seeing a family member. "499, 500, 501," I think to myself as I pass the doors leading into rooms. Finally, I get to my destination and open the door.
